REGISTER FOR VENDOR SPACE

Each space purchased is a 10 foot x 10 foot space to be used to sell goods or promote organizations at the Mount Pocono HarvestFest.
The festival will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Pocono Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. Carnival Grounds, 20 Murray Street (Route 611 North), Mount Pocono, Pa.

Spaces assigned on first-come, first-served basis.

REGULAR SPACES: $40 each 10x10 space
CORNER SPACES: $55 each 10x10 space
FOOD VENDORS — Must call 908-399-4363 to reserve space. Hot food vendors must have state food vending license.

NOTE:
  • Locations are approximate and reservations are subject to review and change.
  • Vendors must set up between 7 and 9 a.m. on the day of the event.
  • This is an outdoor event, and will be held rain or shine.
  • Tents and tables are NOT included, and NOT available from the festival.
  • Electrical hookups are NOT available.
