FOOD VENDORS MUST HAVE STATE FOOD LICENSE, AND MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CERTIFICATE IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THEIR REGISTRATION.

This will put you on our vendor list and let us know to expect your check … but your space assignment will NOT be made until payment is received. Please understand that space assignments was based on when payment is received, so online registrations get preference.

10x10 SPACE
Each space purchased is a 10 foot x 10 foot space to be used to sell goods or promote organizations at the Mount Pocono HarvestFest.
The festival will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Pocono Boulevard [Route 611] and Fairview Avenue in downtown Mount Pocono, Pa.

Spaces assigned on first-come, first-served basis.

REGULAR SPACES: $40 each 10x10 space
FOOD VENDORS — See separate registration. Hot food vendors must have state food vending license.

NOTE:
  • Locations are approximate and reservations are subject to review and change.
  • Vendors must set up between 8 and 9:30 a.m. on the day of the event.
  • This is an outdoor event, and will be held rain or shine.
  • Tents and tables are NOT included, and NOT available from the festival.
  • Electrical hookups are NOT available.
