  FOOD TRUCK on FAIRVIEW — $150

FOOD VENDORS MUST HAVE STATE FOOD LICENSE,
AND MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CERTIFICATE IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THEIR REGISTRATION.
